We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to customers located within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment centers and delivered using reliable logistics partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States:

7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as:

• customs processing  
• carrier delays  
• weather conditions  
• peak seasonal demand

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive your tracking information within a few days after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
